Santa Rosa fitness trainer, instructor and triathlete, Angela Henderson BCs, offers a variety of walk/run groups for walkers, novices and advanced runners or one-on-one training for both the half and full marathons.

Heart & Sole Sports Marathon Training Programs.

1/2 Marathon Training

Requirement: Complete 3 miles under 40 minutes (12 min. pace)

18 Week program: / Beginning: May 2nd/ Ending: August 29th

Informational meetings: April 25th (Sunday) 8am/ April 27th (Tuesday) 7pm

or

Requirement: Complete 6 miles under minutes (12 min. pace)

8 Week program: Beginning: July 8th/ Ending: August 29th

Informational meetings: June 29th (Tuesday) 7pm/ July 6th (Tuesday) 7pm

This group will also be training congruent to the Kenwood training group and will have the opportunity to run that race.

All groups include:

- 2 coached workouts per Week (Thursdays 5:30pm and Sundays at 8am) along with our Tuesday fun runs.

- Mini Seminars covering everything you need to help you accomplish your goals including: nutrition, hydration, mechanics, and mental preparation.

- Daily training Plan /  Technical Tee / Lots of Fun
